Responsibility.
No responsibility or liability is accepted, in regard to personal property, loss, injury, death, accident or any other form of irregularity which may occur as a result of negligence or default whilst touring/travelling with Nkomazi Safaris c.c.
Insurance.
Although Nkomazi Safaris carry fully comprehensive insurance, it is strongly suggested that the necessary insurance be acquired to cover any other eventuality which may occur, such as personal accident, medical, cancellation fees etc.
Conditions of Liability.
Nkomazi Safaris reserve the right, with or without prior notice, to change their safari, tour, transfer and charter rates, conditions, terms and operation.
Deposit.
A 20% deposit for each person is required when submitting the booking. The booking fee is accepted as part of the inclusive fare
Payment.
The full amount due by the client to Nkomazi safaris, shall be payable not less than eight weeks prior to the date of departure. If the full amount is not paid in due time, Nkomazi safaris reserves the right to treat the booking as cancelled. Late applicants however may join the tour on an “accommodation available” basis.
Cancellations.
Cancellations are only effective on receipt of written notification. If a booking is cancelled prior to 8 weeks before departure, you forfeit your deposit. If the booking is cancelled less than 8 weeks before departure, Nkomazi safaris shall retain the full deposit and a cancellation fee will be payable by the client as follows:
55 - 29 days deposit plus 25% of total fare
28 – 22 days 50% of total fare
21 – 14 days 60% of total fare
13 – 0 days 100% of total fare
